What will you do?
As a Floor Manager at Schiphol, you are responsible for energizing the shop floor. You lead and motivate a team of promoters in the categories of cosmetics, beverages, and electronics. You ensure that team members perform at their best, enabling them to provide top-notch customer service. You create optimal working conditions and ensure that commercial objectives are achieved.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Leading a team of promoters across various product categories (cosmetics, beverages, and electronics).
• Managing daily operations on the floor, ensuring effective work structures and planning.
• Driving sales and customer satisfaction by motivating and guiding your team.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service and resolving customer questions and issues.
• Monitoring performance and achieving sales targets.
• Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and ensuring ongoing training and development of your team.
• Reporting progress and results to management.

What do you bring?

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail or sales.
• Experience working in a busy, dynamic environment such as Schiphol is a plus.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented.
• Flexible and resilient, especially during busy periods.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
